type='html'>今天就由我們小組開場白，感覺大家有點緊張又不好意思，不過還是順利的把這個試教完成。今天複習四種教學法，大家都做得很有趣，如果班上同學可以樂在其中、積極參與，我相信這整個過程一定會更有趣。時光飛逝，很快的一個學期又要結束了，雖然說這堂課每星期要上Blog貼文章，感覺很麻煩，不過有這道程序我相信大家對這堂課的印象一定會更深，也不會修過就忘記。再會啦！各位同班一學期的同學～～&lt;div type='html'>今天是小組試教第一梯次，我覺得安排這個活動還滿不錯的，可以讓大家再一次複習之前學習過的各種教學法，也可以讓大家練練上台的膽量與增加經驗。我覺得整個學期感覺有點像是精熟教學法，老師先講解各種教學法是什麼，然後經過考試之後，然後讓同學再教一次各種學習法，以達到同學對教學法的精熟，雖然重複次數有限，但已經有點精熟教學法的味兒了。所以期待下一梯次的精熟轟炸吧！&lt;div type='html'>在教學上想必多少都會碰到學習困難的學生，這時候就是老師發揮功力的時候。我國小老師就是一個非常有教學觀念的老師，雖然他很兇但是他的確有一套。班上就依照成績來分組，一組有一個小老師，對學習有困難的學生從小組中的小老師來教導，而小老師也是老師跟其他學生的溝通管道。班上氣氛不只很融洽，成績也都是同年級最好的。而老師也常常做家庭訪問，瞭解學生與他的家庭，所以說學習困難在我們班可以說算少的。&lt;div type='html'>評量向來是教學的重頭戲，從小考到大的我們對這方面應該不陌生。可是現在是提倡多元評量，不應以單一測驗來評量學生。而且也希望評量應重視學習歷程而不是學習結果，可是我覺得評量不止重視學習歷程也應該重視學習成果，當在學習歷程中你很努力很認真但是沒有內化成為自己的知識，這些還是不是屬於你的東西，說難聽一點就是只學一半。要如何評量學習結果而不流於舊式評量的確是一門高深的學問。&lt;div type='html'>今天是我第一次嘗試這種網路教學，感覺還滿新鮮的。不過我覺得網路教學這種東西雖然很方便也讓學生有更多自由時間可以學習，但是對我一定不適合。因為我是標準的台灣學生，在沒有壓力跟強迫性之下我是不會主動去學習學校課本內容，如果網路教學不用考試我想我到期末可能連這堂課在教什麼我都不知道。人總是有惰性，能拖就盡量拖，老實說我也是到星期六晚上才上網看，如果沒有要寫那張作業單我可能點進去看內容在教什麼都有很大的問題。而那星期一的早上內心則吶喊著賺到了！賺到了！可以多睡2小時。而且我比較喜歡直接和老師面對面上課這樣才有上課的感覺。所以如果以後有開網路教學的課我想我應該不會選吧！可是如果是上課再加上網路教學我覺得倒是滿不錯的方法，畢竟要在課堂上百分之百完全聽懂是非常困難，如果上課情形可以錄下來放到網路上，回家複習若有問題就可以上網把那一段老師解說的地方再看一次，不用等到隔天在去問老師自己就可以想通了。如果再有問題再去問老師，這樣不只老師受惠（會來問就是真的有問題，而不是兩光問題），同學也可以多思考而不是只會要答案。&lt;div type='html'>科技媒體輔助教學我覺得這可以讓上課變的更有趣，不在像以前傳統式教學-老師寫黑板、只用說的…等。那媒體如何幫助傳遞教學訊息？大到像是可以在網路搜尋器上找到任何你要的資料、影片可以啟發或是印證老師所教的內容、PPT可以把老師上課重點整理出來，讓老師不用忙著寫黑板可以擁有更多時間和學生互動，小到可以使用e-mail來交代老師教學訊息、利用網路布告欄來傳遞一些訊息。這些都是媒體幫助傳遞教學訊息的方法。&lt;div type='html'>今天教的三種教學理論基礎，我覺得除了行為主義可以單一施行外其他二個應該都無法單獨存在。台灣的建構主義為什麼會被批的這麼慘，我想應該是太理想化了。建構主義的前提是強調學習者以自己的經驗或是先備知識為基礎反思新的學習內容，但是大家也知道台灣的教育不管是學校或是家庭教育根本沒有訓練孩子的反思能力（畢竟每個國家的文化背景不同），而且在上小學的時候哪有什麼先備知識（因為提倡快樂童年快樂學習），所以建構主義是好的，只是不適合台灣的文化，或許在過個幾年或是和其他學習主義配合一下，應該會非常有效果。&lt;div
